A co-worker suddenly can no longer launch either Pro/E WF3 or WF4. Itwas working fine Friday AM, now the splash screen pops up but Pro/E willnot launch. I've removed all config files from his installation and double clickedproe.exe in both WF3 & WF4 to remove all of our launch batch files andthe problem persists. It generates a std.out file with one line - Exception - code was-1073741819. He has a less than 1 year old Dell workstation laptop with an M 620 i7CPU running Windows XP Pro 32 bit SP3 with an Nvidia Quadro FX 1800Mgraphics card running driver 189.21. The machine originally shippedwith Windows 7, but was downgraded by our IT guy to XP. Any ideas? Doug SchaeferThis thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team.
