ProE file formats to CoCreate file formats
We have hired an Engineering company to develop a product. They are using ProE cad software to develop the product. We use Cocreate cad software. What would be the best file format to transfer data (3d models and 2d drawings) into our CoCreate system?

Hello, this question is not about Modeling PE, but about the professional verison of Modeling. PTC offers a Direct Interface with Modeling to import / export 3D Data from Modeling / ProEngineer. this is based on the neutral file format. Additionally - since Version 16.50 - Modeling offers to store ProEngineer data (.g / .g.zip) files to be loaded into ProEngineer. And this Interface will be enhanced with CoCreate 17.0 which will offer you a 3D data interface to and from ProEngineer. you may contact your Sales team to get more details on this new function. 2D - DXF/DWG or MI Data.
