Product expiry & subscription dates do not match

Product expiry & subscription dates do not match

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.1.0

Installed licenses' expiry dates do not match with our maintenance order dates. Date of our PO is 25th August 2021, while system is prompting for expiry date of 17th July.

Here are the errors that I faced
License will expire on july 17

Hi,

go to https://support.ptc.com//apps/licensePortal/auth/ssl/cdr page. It enables you to receive Customer Detailed Report in Excel file. Customer Detailed Report contains detailed information about your orders.
