So I heard back from PTC about this problem today.
"I have filed a HIGH severity SPR for your issue."
You may want to try this on your systems to see if you have the same issue.
My mapkey loads a config file. It works if you type a key name, but doesn't show in the ribbon when you add it to a new Tab.
If you have been able to get a mapkey that loads a config file to work, and more importantly to show up in the ribbon, I like to hear from you, so I can figure out how to make this work.
This is my mapkey, you will need to change the hi-lited sections.
