Thanks to everybody, the tricky things were :
a) a dumb-feature MUST be create ( if you are fighting with start-part ) before managing material,mass,relations.....
b) a dumb-part MUST be assembled ( if you are fighting with start-assembly ) before managing material,mass,relations.....
c) config.pro MUST contain the param mass_property_calculate automatic
d) you can create a relation in Post Regeneration Section called : mass = PRO_MP_MASS ( than a parameter will be automagically create )
for the material issue you can read what Mike has write below... ( this is very usefull )
