Hello, I have generated a new Schematics license, when the machines try to access it this error appears, what can I do?

But the license is correct, I generated it successfully.
In a small company (2 seats), my VAR walks me through everything until the machine is working properly.
It was working normally, as the license expired I had to generate a new one - simple procedure
