Sensitivity Analysis not working

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.2.0

User is trying to access Sensitivity Analysis (Analysis -> Design Study -> Sensitivity Analysis) for part and the prompt "The option Behavioral_Modeler has not been acquired".

I am wondering if this option tool is a toggle that I can turn on for the user or if this is an extension that would need to be purchased. If it is the initial, can you please guide me on how to turn it on for this user.

PS. I have also tried following these articles for the user
- https://statics.teams.cdn.office.net/evergreen-assets/safelinks/1/atp-safelinks.html
- https://support.ptc.com/help/creo/creo_pma/r9.0/usascii/index.html#page/model_analysis/bemod/Example_Sensitivity_Analysis.html

Here are the errors that I faced

If you intended to open a call with technical support, you were not successful. You have posted a topic to the Creo community.

Do you have a license for the BMX module add on for Creo? If not, then that is the issue.

If you do have a license, then you may have it set up as a floating option and you must acquire it in session in order to use it.
