Server error: Cannot retrieve family table neutral data

I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.3.0

go to add assembly to workspace and receive "Server error: Cannot retrieve family table neutral data"
Items do not show up unless i start removing family table items from browser workspace.

Here are the errors that I faced
