Simulate creo 8 installation

Hello ,

I installed CREO PARAMETRIC version 8-0-4-0 but Simulate is not installed as it came in version 6 is there anything I can do?

First you need to make sure your licenses being run are up to date with the version of Creo you want to run. If you look at the license file, you should see line(s) that look something like this:

#MECELITEENG_License      2     Creo Simulation Elite ENG                Creo 9.0  
#MECELITEUI_License       2     Creo Simulation Elite UI                 Creo 9.0

Notice they specify what version of Creo they are good for. If you don't see Creo 8.0 or later, you will need to generate a new license file and install it on your server.

If that's not the problem, you might want to call the people you bought your license(s) from, and have them give you some help working through the setup. There might be other things that need to be "adjusted" to make things work.
