Smaller window popup within Creo Browser (workspace) window

I am getting a weird window popup when ever I try to maneuver within the workspace window and it is extremely hard to function.  How do I keep this from happening?

Hi,

I think some display problems are related to display scale setting. Try setting it to 100%.

I think it is somewhat slimier to issue reported in post at

It will worth trying the solution in post.
