Spekan Purge Tool
Where can I download this tool? I have searched everywhere and can't seem to find it. The furthest I have gotten is: ENGINEERING.com | File Downloads but when you launch the installation launcher it asks for a password... I can't find it anywhere else. Any ideas?

Please email me the purge utility.
I have used it in years past ans it work great.
I am on Creo 6.0
Just FYI ... link https://usgprofessionals.nl/engineering/professionals/segmenten/plm-cad/software-download is not valid anymore.
My suggestion ... try INNEO tool.

This is not helpful. I want the Spekan Purge tool. The tool you have linked to is not that tool.

Olaf's tool is based on the Spekan Purge tool which is at least 10 years out of date. Olaf has maintained the tool to be sure it will run with the latest versions of Creo.
What difference does it make if it is the Spekan or CreoSite tool, they both do the same job.

Because I am looking for the Spekan Purge tool which has a greater number of configurable options in an easy to use UI. The Spekan tool allows you to save a certain number of backups as well as rename the file names to start with version 1 and so on of the files you are purging. There is much more control. The Purge tool you linked is just a batch file that is already installed with Creo. It is basically just the built in "Delete Old Versions" option in creo but added to the right click menu. That is not what I want. I want the Spekan tool which is what I was asking for. Therefore this post is not helpful at all. I wouldn't be asking for the Spekan Purge Tool if I wanted the CreoSite tool which is readily available and talked about and even linked in this post.

From PTC support ... the COM process can sometimes hang if an untrapped error occurs. The solution is to stop the pfclscom.exe process.
