I run batch machining on 3 axis machines with indexers. In the current condition I have four of the same parts. I machine three sides per part, In thi s mannor it takes twelve indexes to finish facemills etc... I still want to use subroutining but I would like to set it up so it does machining by tool and the current axis, then rotates.
