The Port problem was detected (7788)

I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.0.0

-61 error every 15 to 20 days coming,
The Port problem was detected (7788) last time it was resolved but the recently same problem was repeated.
LmTool also reinstated and check along with FLEXnet also but after a period of time it happened again and again 

Here are the errors that I faced
