You need to reconfigure Creo 3.0 to get license for Mechanism_Design in startup configuration.

1. Execute reconfigure.exe from <Creo 3.0 install location>\parametric\bin

2. Select Next > Next > Customize

3. Select Command Configuration > Edit > Move Mechanism_design (License feature # 127) to right > Ok > Ok and Install.

This should correct the error.

You can also edit <Creo 3.0 install location>\parametric\bin\parametric.psf in Notepad.

Add 127 to get the following line:

ENV=CREOPMA_FEATURE_NAME=name_of_your_license (127)
