I have a strange situation that I cannot figure out and I am hoping someone might have an answer. We are currently running Intralink 3.3 while we wait for our scheduled migration after the first of the year.
I am trying to export some files from a Workspace to Disk and although it appears that the action is happening when I look in the export folder there is nothing. I have tried this from several computers with the same result. What has me baffled is that I have been doing this action with no problem for the last five years. It seems that this just started this week. I have not done any configuration changes or updates, etc.
