Unable to install FLEXnet

I got to work this morning and found the FLEXnet license server down. The Windchill and the database servers were operating normally, but no one could open Creo. After trying various things with the service, our rep and I decided to uninstall the license server and reinstall it. When we try to reinstall (after drag-and-dropping the license file), we get the following:

Do any of you know what could be causing this? The server is not running any other license services, and I can't see any problems with the port.

We actually did get this solved yesterday. We rolled the flexnet server back to a pre-Creo version, which appears to be much more stable. Neither I nor our rep is sure what caused the server to fail in the first place, but hopefully the older version will not experience the same problem.
