Understanding Creo Licenses

I am using Creo Parametric 3.0 M150

I would like to understand the meaning of the Creo Feature configuration in the attached license file ("lm_101075560.txt").
All users are using the same version of Creo: Creo 3 M150.
The "LicenseSaturation.pdf" file shows the usage of the Feature and you can see that some Features are saturated.
I'll show you my questions.
1. What are the basic features that allow you to use Creo? Maybe they are PROE_EngineerIIAAX and PROE_EngineerIII?
2. What are the Creo conditions use that require the most commonly used features?
Feature 48: Wiring
Feature 231: Advanced Framework
Feature 282: Legacy Data Migration
3. What is the relationship between the use of PROE_EngineerIII-PROE_EngineerIIAAX and the use of 48-231-282?
4. Is it possible to convert the Feature PROE_EngineerIIAAX (little used) to Feature PROE_EngineerIII (widely used)?

Thanks.
PS: sorry for my English. I prefer speak in italian or write in italian or english

I will try to give a little insight from what I know about licenses. Your PTC VAR would be the best place to get a full understanding.

PROE_EngineerIIAAX is a bundle of Creo modules with the added Advanced Assembly eXtension

This will allow you to do most of the Creo modules plus use Framework.

PROE_EngineerIII is a bundle that has more Creo modules than the II but does not allow access to Framework.

The 48, 231 and 282 are features that get added to Creo to allow access to those modules.

If you look in the license file itself, there is a section that looks like this:

#################### FLOATING License ####################

The option modules are what is included in that bundle and the LO= is just the module numbers of the named modules above.

You may be able to upgrade your existing II/AAX bundle but it would not be to a III, but a Advanced Design Plus. It would also convert from an owned license to a subscription with an annual payment. That would also allow you to upgrade to Creo 7.
