We need a lot more information than just that.
Just a few off the top of my head are:
Do you have an account on PTC's site and is your maintenance up to date?
If it is, did you download the new version?
Are you a student or working for a company?
Are you the Creo admin?
Do you have admin rights or doe you even need it?
Etc...
... or contact your VAR (Value Added Re-seller). A lot of times they can walk you through it.
