At the link you specified, you can download Creo 3 M190.

PTC doesn't offer "all" datecodes on out of support software releases.

Any build code within a release should be fully compatible with all build codes in that release.

Hi,

if you use Creo Parametric 3.0 M130 on PC1 and you want to use it on PC2, you can copy Creo install directory from PC1 to PC2.
