Wildfire 4 Silent Installation

I'm attemping to build a Silent Installation package for Wildfire 4.0. I am unable to find the setup installation utility or the web installer on the technical support site. Both are listed in the provided instructions. I am also unable to build the Silent Install from the provided CDs due to the similar directory names between the disks. Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Bump. Any information is greatly appreciated. A little clarification: The setup installation utility and the web installer are listed in the manual as a requirement. However, I dug around on the PTC website for quite some time and came up empty. Thank you for your time. I greatly appreciate it.
