Win7.0 Creo 2.0 Time Stamp Error

Hi,

I removed Creo 2.0 M070 form one computer a did a fresh install to Creo 2.0 M100

after install try to run creo and it crashes with time stamp error.

Uninstalled again clear registry a programs not needed make a new installation and the same error.

Did someone had this error and how to resolve?
