We are running Windchill 12.0.2.12 with Creo 9.0.7.0. In the last few weeks, we are seeing workspaces suddenly going to offline mode. Windchill was installed over a year ago and Creo 9.0.7 was installed in November.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this behavior? If not, then I will work with our IT department and see if there is something with the network that would cause this.
I think I have the config.pro options set to maintain connections.

I know it's an older case but we have similar problems as you have. We're using Creo 11.0.2.0 with Windchill 13.0.2.2. Windchill is hosted on Azure.
We do not find the problems root what's super frustrating.
Did you find a reason for this behaviour?
