Windows 32-bit /PAE Boot Switch?

Have a computer w/ Windows XP Pro w/ 4GB RAM. Windows reports that there is only 3.5 GB installed.

1. Can I add the /PAE boot switch to get back that last 512MB of RAM?

The boot.ini file would look something like the file at the bottom of the e-mail. Microsoft Knowledge Base article here:
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional /3gb" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect /3GB
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect

Most systems runnning Windows XP when using the /3GB switch, also require the /userva=2900 switch.
The OS is just over 1GB, so you have to allocate enought space to it before extending the user space allocation.
