Windows on Server PC reconfigured,unable set it as server again

Hi,

Due to some issues, Windows on server PC had to be reconfigured. Now when I am trying to set it as license server, it is not happening.

The process I followed after clicking on setup file is...

1. Selected Setup license

2. Accepted agreement

3. Entered Sales Order Number

4. Dragged and drop license file(received in email) in license summary

5. Status is stuck in "starting"

Please suggest.

Hi,

so you have license file saved on the disk ...

Run setup.exe again and drag&drop license file into red field.

I have done the above said steps, but the status is getting stuck in starting as shown in the screenshot below.
