assembly of new part starts with "package" moving...

Guru's

Something new I'm experiencing (with a new company config) is that when I assemble a part into an assembly, it immediately moves with my mouse as opposed to the way I am used to (and prefer) that it is stationary and allows me to pick my first constraint right off. I have to click in the model windows to get it to STOP moving with my mouse, AND then click on "PLACEMENT" to get it to start to allow me to pick constraints. I much prefer the other way, where it comes in, essentially randomly placed but immediately lets me pick constraints. Anyone know what config.pro option controls this?

thanks in advance...

I think it's...

comp_assemble_start

There are four options to choose from: Default, Package, Constraint_in_Window & Move_then_Place. You're probably looking for Default.
