current_session.pro is working copy of config.pro. This file does not have any purpose, you can delete it.
I have never met psescinfo.pro file.

From what I see, psescinfo.pro is a privious session config.pro. I think these are options that are changed after initial load of Creo. psescinfo.pro seems to be created after a crash.
