Confirm config settings that affect holes when using IDF interface. There are several. If you post the Creo model and the emn file that will allow us to review what may be happening. If confidential then create a simple test design and post.

23r501-sa_20230515.emn
this doesnt contain MCAD
can you please help thanks in advance
The holes are most likely being filtered out when you are importing into Creo. I was able to get the holes to import. Pay attention to the ecad import log files. You have some issues with your PCB outline potentially, depending on your start part accuracy settings.
To get the holes to import follow the instructions in this link. I think this will resolve that issue. Report back if not.
If you do not have company standards set up for ECAD/MCAD data exchange protocols, I strongly suggest you implement some or hire someone to do it for you.
I think I miss descripbe my situation.
I want to export emn
And this is what i have export [extension_blade_pcba_assy.emn], it cannot display the holes (on the 3D it has holes)
As for this file [extension_blade_pcba_assy.emn], this is my colleague that exported. It can display the holes.
Is it because one of my setting is wrong can you please check
Thanks
