failure to take Mechanica license after upgrading to WF3

After our recent upgrade to WF3 (M160), I'm unable to launch Mechanica. I
get a "Unable to get required Mechanica license" error message. We have
re-run PTC setup to install it, and we know there are free licenses. Where
else should I begin looking to try to figure out why I can't launch anymore?
Was there a setting that changed from WF2 to WF3? Or something else..?
