Helpful colleague,
"Connected to the License Server ' xxxx (localhost or host name)' ,
There is no license available for the application."
I've license request failed for Creo Elements/Direct 18.0 on
WIndows7 (32bit) as above.
I was wondering if you could give me a few tips.
Can I ask your advice on something?
Regards,
Hajime Mazda
What kind of options for licensing specified in the license file?
Thanx Vlad,
The license option is Elements/Direct Modeling.
Is this right?
regards,
Please attach a file to the message "ptclmgrd.log" (this log is intended for debug purposes only.), which is located in the folder: "C:\Flexlm\licensing". Also, run the file "ptcstatus.bat" from the folder "C:\Flexlm\bin" and show a printscreen of program window.
Thanks a lot.
I don't get license yet...
Btw, I don't use Flexlm server for Elements/Direct modeling license,
using Elements/Direct License server 18.0 F000.
I confirmed my environment.
- windows service started "Creo Elements/Direct License Server"
- Firewall opened "17171" port or "MEIs32.exe" command.
regards,
Well, if you have an active (paid) maintenance, then try to create a new "Case" with a description of the problem here: http://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/case/case_logger.jsp
Yes
I have opened case to technical support already.
Best wishes for a happy new year!!
Correct - contacting TS with the information is the best to do here.
I'm assuming that the license server may not listed the Update Password for version 18.0 yet.
