hi all. i bought wildfire 2.0 s.e from journey ed. and every time i reformat or change isp (just did that) the license fails. i end up jumping through hoops, making phone calls, finding passwords and websites and looking up original documentation i'd forgotten. this time jouney ed no longer has my profile on record and its sunday so they are closed - no license today. i don't know how all this license stuff works, but at this point i don't care. i just want to install the program and not go through this anymore. help!
