Did you try creating a new part and reading in the hole file to see if it was specific to an older file?

I did try a new part. I did this in an older version, and it worked. We use a 2-4.5 bolt that has been converted to a 1-64

Thank You,

Michael Douglas

Did you restart Creo after modifying the hole file? Creo only loads the hole files once at the start.

Are you sure that the logic (countersink, counterbore, thread, etc) is setup correctly for the type of hole that you are trying to add the new line to?

You are welcome to look it over.

Your CLOSE_DEC should be 2.0156

Your CLEAR_DR_FREE should 2-1/8

Line 42 is your problem. Replace it with:

DEFAULT_CALLOUT_FORMAT_DATA
HOLE_TYPE	THREAD	DRILLED_DEPTH	THREAD_DEPTH	CSINK	CBORE	EXIT_CSINK	CALLOUT_FORMAT

NA NA NA NA NA NA NA &FASTENER_ID &THREAD_CLASS/<CTRL-a>x<CTRL-b>&THREAD_DEPTH

This is what I think you typed.  still no go
