product not responding???

Hi pros,


What can cause connection to one product in windchill be slower than others?


I have multiple users who are noticing that saving to the workspaces of one particular product can be slow or even turn to "not responding", but other products workspaces are OK. these are new workspaces, products are created from the same temlate, same lifecycle, no diference in vaulting, etc.


Any ideas?

Hi Dimitry,

Take a look at the Team for the Product in question. If you have a lot of
Members, or have Groups that have a lot of Members, I have seen actions
against a Product be slow as permissions are checked.

Hi Bryan,

Well, for the case I an thinking of, the Groups have about 400/500 members.
