The reason for 2 packs was that the license with borrowing enabled would
not work with WF1 (I think) or older. I think that PTC stopped shipping
the non-borrow license at some point, but I'm not certain.

If you don't need to run WF1, the borrow license will work fine.

Once again, the exploder is quicker with the answer than PTC who I pay big
bucks each year for maintenance.
