"Start in" directory.

Colleagues,

I have installed Wildfire2 to a network drive and I am looking for
an easy way to distribute the launch icons to my 16 users. I have created
a suitable shortcut but am having trouble with the "Start in" command
line. Our user directories are all off of the same root directory and the
names of the directories are the same as the user name that everyone uses
to log on. I am having trouble determining the correct syntax to use in
the "Start in" line to identify the user directory. Eg: the users login
user name is dmiller and hence the "Start in" line should read
L:\proeng\users\%username% where the system would substitute dmiller in
place of %username%. I don't know if I have the wrong syntax or even the
wrong identifier (username). If anyone can help I would greatly
appreciate it as my only other alternative is manually set up each user
individually. Thanks.

Dave
