remove user defined features after detach material in basic sheets

a new functionality since Modeling 18.1 is detach material in the basic sheets module. the command removes all sheetmetal attributes from the selected part making it a regular model again. very good function. BUT it does not remove the user defined features that have been created when adding lips and creating corner reliefs.

shouldn't these features better be removed as well when executing the detach command?

in my opinion these features can cause problematic situations when saving to Model Manager or Windchill WGM (not saying it automatically will, but it could be).

Sheet metal features (and most other features, including configurations, etc.) are not considered when saving to ModelManager or Windchill WGM as far as I know, since they are just data internal to the model.

You can delete those bend features using the "Delete" command in the User Defined Feature section on the Feature tab.

These feature are attached to the model. When you save model into ModelManager, all features (configuration, clipping plan, sheet function and so on) are kept, of course !!!!....No problematic situation with ModelManager
