Hello!

You can find the answer on that question "Where do I find my Sales Order Number (SON) and Customer Number?" here: http://blogs.ptc.com/2011/01/21/mathcad-licensing-part-2/

Quote:

"Where do I find my Sales Order Number (SON) and Customer Number?

When every software order is booked by PTC a Software Order Fulfillment Confirmation (previously known as a Shipment Confirmation) is sent to the email address submitted with the order. Your customer # and Sales Order # (SON) are indicated on this document."

What if I never recieved my Software Order Fulfillment Confirmation in my email? I downloaded Creo Eductaional. Please help. Thank you so much!

Try to contact with PTC: - .

Or use "Contact Support" here:

http://www.ptc.com/go/academic-support

http://www.ptc.com/company/community/creo/

P.S. This also be useful: "Creo_10_In-Depth_Installation_Guide".

Thank you so much for your input. I emailed - and I have yet to recieve a response. Do they always take so long to respond to an inquiry. I'll try and contact support next.

Hi there!

SO, I just received an email this morning with a product code so that I may install the program, which was done successfully. However, when I attempt to open the program up, it fails to run b/c it states that it could not run the Quality Agent and if I call tech support to report an error 6. I thought tech support was open 24 hours but no joy on that. Any ideas, or should I just try in the morning? Thank you!!
