(1) Creo 3.0 is very old, about 13 years? It is no longer supported.
(2) This is a discussion forum for users. We cannot do anything with licenses.
(3) You will need to contact PTC directly, or whoever you got your Creo license from. They will have to help you.
(4) If you currently have a locked license (it only works with one computer, license service runs on that computer) and you want to move it to a server where the license(s) float(s), you will need to talk to an expert. I don't know if you can do that with very old licenses.
