Hello,

We currently have a Creo Design Essentials license installed on the host ID WIFI A8-64-F1-1A-D7-13, which is set to expire soon. Therefore, we would like to remove this license and replace it with the one currently assigned to host ID F8-75-A4-F4-DA-89.

Could you please proceed with transferring the license from F8-75-A4-F4-DA-89 to A8-64-F1-1A-D7-13? Additionally, could you confirm that the user currently using A8-64-F1-1A-D7-13 will not encounter any issues when reinstalling the license after the transfer?

this is user community web. No user can transfer your licenses.

You can:

1.] use https://support.ptc.com/apps/licensePortal/auth/ssl/advsearch page to transfer license

2.] ask your VAR to do a transfer for you
