Following on from Ben and Martin's comments here, I checked your web account and you're not currently associated with a PTC customer number. In order to download commercial software from PTC, you'll need to be associated to a customer account with active support. Please work with the contact in your company who purchased your PTC support entitlement(s) to find out your customer number and any one of these 3 proprietary pieces of information: SCN | SON | Site Number. With this combination, you'll be able to upgrade your account at https://support.ptc.com/appserver/common/account/secure/premiumAccount.jsp
Once the upgrade is complete, you'll have access to the software your company has active maintenance for under https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/software_update/swupdate.jsp
