Edit in word in PTC Integrity 10,.9 using Microsoft Office 2010
Hello all.
When I try to publish a word document I edited in word in PTC Integrity 10.9 I get the following message:
"MKS10001: Uncaught Exception in MKS Gateway Command"
I asked support about this and they said that it seems that edit in word is not working in Integrity 10.9.
Is there any workaround?
Thank you.

There isn't any reason that Edit-in-Word doesnt work with 10.9.
For sure it does.
With Support you mean your own or the one from PTC?
Please create a PTC ticket and explain your error accordingly. I am sure they can help you.

Hello Volker.
By PTC Support I mean the PTC Support service from PTC. I already created a ticket (C14014111) and the feedback I got for it is " It does not work. We will add you to the RFC"
I Will go again to PTC Support and ask again for a solution.
In the meantime can you please confirm that it works?
Thank you for your support and feedback.
Best Regards,
Gabriel

This is exact the level of "support" that we observe nowadays.
No solutions - just "you can create an idea" or "we add you to this RFC", but there is nothing that happens with ideas or RFCs.
Customer oriented solutions and support really look different...

Thank you. Will check it.
1. Did Support answer if this system configuration is supported?
2. Did you upload the log files (usually its at least the GatewayApp.log stored somewhere on your disk) for Edit-In-Word?

Volker has been kind to provide a solution- remove the header and footer form the template and then it worked.
