While opening admin integrity window i always get this error inspite of having license file.
Error -MKS124788: You require an Integrity Client license .After retstarting the Server everytime it resolves.
Is there any solution for this ?
This is not normal and you should definitely not have to restart the server.
I'm sure there is a solution, but someone needs to have a look at your configuration so you should call PTC Support.

As Laurent Lawton mentioned, this is worth opening a case over. The issue is often related to seat licenses either not having an appropriate group configured at all, or having an appropriate group configured but with too many users, or the incorrect ones.

The error message is due to unavailability of floating license. Example, your company have 10 seat license and 5 floating license for 20 users. There will be a group called "SourceIntegrityGroup" and "IntegrityManagerGroup" provided in ALM solution. If the 10 persons are specified in the above groups then they will get seat license. Then remaining 10 persons will fight for that 5 floating license. If no license is available then you will get that error message.
As it got corrected once you restart is not because of "Restart", its because the license was freed by the time you restarted. So you obtained 1 license among the 5 floating license. Please contact the Integrity Admin and request to add yourself to Seat license.
