How to use third-party tools in Integrity?

Hello, I'm new comer, I want to get some supports from here. We had some problems when learning Integrity system, we want to know it how to use third-party tools, such as, Redmine, Git, Preforce etc.
1. Can be fulfilled in Integrity?
2. If can, how do we do?

Could you give us some advice or solution? Thanks!

Hello Roy,

Redmine is not on the list of supported integrations, but your Sales Account Manager or a Global Services Engineer should be able to tell you how difficult that would be.

Hello Roy,

Integrity has an exposed and documented Java API which you can integrate with (see the Integrations Builder Guide for a list of supported method calls).

Integrity also supports IDE integrations with Visual Studio and Eclipse (see integration plugins on the downloads page). Other types of integrations such as Git and Perforce are not officially supported, but you could use API calls or batch scripts interacting with an Integrity Client.

For unsupported custom integrations, the PTC Global Services team is able to assist with the analysis and construction of such code. You would need to contact your PTC Sales representative to discuss details.

Hi, Joe

Thanks for your answer. We have used source version control tools of third-party for many years. It have many source versions of different products in respository. If we used Integrity, all source versions can be  transplanted from third-party tools to it, did it?

Third-party tools: Preforce & Git

Integrity Version: 10.6

Thanks!

Hi Roy,

Yes it is possible to perform a repository migration from Perforce, Git, etc into Integrity but this is handled by the PTC Global Services team. You would need to contact your PTC Sales representative to discuss details for booking an engagement..

Hello, Joe

OK, We will contact our PTC Sales representative for this. We need to know what risk facing with Integrity for us at first, if it can do, we will be adopted it. I want to ask a question: can it do for redmine? (the redmine using trace project for us)
