PTC Modeler 10.1 Standalone Installation Failure

Hello. I'm trying to install PTC Modeler 10.1 to my computer, with Standalone configuration, however could not manage it. Before I start, I want to inform that,

- I have 2 user account (Administrator and Local User) .

- I run installation module as Administrator,

- I disable my Antivirus software,

- I'm working in an offline environment, with my network card is enabled.

1.  As far as I know from the installation guide, the installation module contains SQL Server Express 2019, so if I check "Local Modeler Server Instance" on installation configuration page, it will install and configure MODELER SQL instance by itself. Since I don't have SQL Server installation in my computer, I took that route. When it comes to the installation of SQL instance, it gives the error seen in "Capture_Installation_SQLServer.PNG" and rollbacks the installation.
2. I installed SQL Server Express 2019 with all features, and SQL Server Management Studio 2019 to my computer, created default SQLEXPRESS instance and gave Read/Write permission to both Administrator and Local user account. In Modeler Standalone installation, I disabled "Local Modeler Server Instance" configuration. This time, it gave the error seen in "Capture_Installation_ExternalServer_SQLScriptError.PNG" and rollbacks the installation.
3. I tried to go for Modeler Client installation. This time, it asked me the database instance path. Installation wizard could not list the available instances, so I entered the instance path manually, e.g. "HOSTNAME/SQLEXPRESS", and it accepted. Installation went fine, however since we did not opt for Server instance installation, the databases "Models" and "Examples" are not created. I tried to create them manually from the SQL Scripts in PTC Modeler installation (adminscript_master.sql) however since this is a Client installation, the script folder did not exist. Moreover, although I can see my SQLEXPRESS instance on both users (Administrator and Local) in SSMS 19, I can not display it on Model Explorer when running under Local user.

I intended to go with the clean Standalone installation with Local Modeler Server Instance (item 1), but I don't understand why it got so complicated, am I missing something? I'm trying to work under evaluation license and because of that issue I've wasted a lot of time, please help.

Hello VladimirN,

I looked the articles but those error types are not the same as I encountered (Those are related to SSL Handshake, in my case, SQL Instance seems not exist), nevertheless, I tried the suggestions as:
- I'm performing the installation with no connection to any network, with Administrator rights, to eliminate any policy rule restriction, but no effect.
- I controlled the registry values for TLS protocol (TLS 1.2) and ensured it is enabled for both Server and Client keys, however it does no effect.
