Support for Oracle 19c with Windchill RV&S is postponed
Support for Oracle 19c with Windchill RV&S was planned with January 2020 release but PTC has identified a critical issue with Oracle 19c. This issue needs to be addressed by Oracle and until the issue is addressed, PTC will not be able to support Oracle 19c with Windchill RV&S. The following ticket has been created with Oracle support for this issue.

While there is a delay to provide support for Oracle 19c, we will continue supporting Oracle 12cR2 (12.2.0.1.0) with the Windchill RV&S release.
