unable to Migrate repositories from MKS INtegrity to other version control systems like svn, GIT, need help to resolve this Migration issues

I am very much deed , need to migrate the data from MKS Integrity to GIT Or SVN , we are getting issues in Migration.

Can you please suggest any Ideas or other ways to migrate the code from MKS To GIT .

Need immediate support in order to get the solution.
