Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges

Hello, 

I have installed a local version of Thing Worx on my device. I want to set up mail notifications for alerts. But in the local version I can not find Mail Server. Therefore,  tried downloading the mail server extension. But I am getting the following error.

Can you check with someone in your organization who does have access to this? You can upgrade your account as per the mentioned message, but you need a customer number and SCN to upgrade.
