Apache Tomcat fail to start

Apache Tomcat 9.0 ThingWorx-Foundation fail to start showing following error.

I took a look at the error messages in the log file you provided.

It looks like you have Java 11 installed and are trying to use ThingWorx 9.0.x 

See the Article - CS328646 When Java 11 is installed ThingWorx Foundation installer fails because the Tomcat service fails to start 

With ThingWorx 9.1.x you get the option of using Oracle Java 11 SDK

Hi @MV_9521008.

 

From the log, there appears to be an issue with java.  Which version of ThingWorx are you installing?  Did you check the System Requirements to ensure you are installing a compatible java version?  I'll be happy to send you a link once you advise the ThingWorx version you're running.  Please advise too which O/S you are installing on.

I confirmed the Windows, Java and Thingworx. All seems OK to me.

 

Windows - Enterprise 10

Java - Java SE Development Kit 8, Update 241 (64-bit) (1.8.0_241)

ThingWorx Foundation 9
