Cannot Select "Other entity" when adding a subcription to my Thing Template

Hello,

I'm having an issue adding a subscription to my Thing Template.  It won't allow me to select the "Other entity" option to pull in the correct entity and specify the event type:

I've seen some other post similar to this.  Wondering if I need to clean out some corrupted files or something.  Any help on this would be great.

Could you please Provide some more details on below points:

1) Are you not able to select the radio button because I have checked the same at my end and I am able to add other entity in new subscription.

2) Did you check application logs, is there any error or In case you can provide application logs to us.

Hello,

I was able to see the radio button, but I just could not change it.  Turns out there was a new ThingWorx version that resolved this.  Once I updated, it started working.
