This was solved in recent releases (I tested in 8.5.4 and is there).

Since you're running 8.4.2, you can try installing the latest patch update (8.4.9) for resolving the issue in your instance.  Note that if you are running Manufacturing Apps, Service Apps, Navigate, etc., please check the documentation before upgrading.
