Display Bar chat with its value on bar itself

Hello 

I want to display bar chart  So, for this i import chart widget 3.0.1  .....after binding all data field I am not getting out as follows .....My  major requirement is  to display  value on bar itself  ......  

Could you please help me on the same. Is any things extra property do i need to configure
